I've lived that truth. In 2004, I lost my dad. In 2007, as a teenager, I found myself in jail with an AK-47 cocked at my head. In 2022, I experienced homelessness in Mombasa, Kenya. Each time, the only thing left was God. Those “life chaos” moments could have ended me—unnecessary failure, burnout, early death traps disguised as survival mode, and literal jail.

Self mastery pulled me out. It turned a Kenyan kid into an analytical chemist, podcaster, and founder of The Outside Uni.
